I’ve been looking at the analytics for this site and I’m excited to start serving up some slices of advertising pie. There are currently four (4) available for immediate consumption. Those run $50 a month. Who’s hungry??

The site is generating 700+ views a month (THANK YOU!!) so this is a start. Pretty cheap rates if you ask me.

I reserve the right to decline your ad if I feel it’s not a good fit for the site. Payment will be due upon file submission and be paid via Paypal only. I’ll send you a link when your ad is approved.

zappos… my new favorite campaign

I first saw this ad, “5 Ways to Add Elegance to Dresses” on Saturday and I fell in love. (I’m guessing part of that has to do with my love for puppets… or in this case, “Zuppets.”) But also the use of witty humor.

Take a look:

And then there’s this one, “Different Direction.”

Apparently these are all real phone calls into Zappos. Here’s “Jesse.” BRILLIANT.

These are great ads that use the power of their brand. They’re taking actual phone calls and using them to create quirky, witty scenes inside Zappos. It’s touching, humorous and is true to their brand. This has great legs… I hope to continue seeing them around.

What could have been a very boring and expected PSA about car safety turned out to be something quite beautiful. This is so simple, but has such a HUGE impact. A great example of less-is-more.

What are your thoughts? Does this work? Is it enough? Too much? Do you “get it” right away or does it take a few watches?

I’m excited to announce that I’m now offering premium ad space for those interested. I think you’ll find they’re very competitive and a great investment.

ADVERTISING RATES: Each ad is $25/month on a month-to-month basis or $250 for a year’s commitment (that’s two months FREE if you sign up for a year). Ads will be shown on all pages and posts throughout the website. There is no price difference between top and bottom ads as they all rotate every time the site is refreshed or a new page is accessed.

This new all-in-one device makes the iPhone look like the Zack Morris brick phone. It’s got a sweet website that’s worth the loading time to check out.

(too bad the phone’s a fake and it’s really an ad for Nova Scotia. No really.)
